The 10-gallon melter and applicator crack fill machine is a safe and fast way to crack fill. No more transferring molten crack filler from a melting kettle to a pour pot. Simply light the propane burner, drop in a brick of rubberized crack filler, and in less than ten minutes you'll be sealing cracks.

The AK10 Crack Sealer Melter melts 50-pound bricks of hot rubberized crack fill and lets you apply them at walking speed. Melt and apply up to 400 feet of crack fill per hour. Handle-mounted controls let you control the amount of hot-melt and lift the crack fill shoe so you can apply and spread crack sealant as you walk. We've included an extra-long hose and a propane regulator. Use the steel-headed torch to burn off vegetation while you are working. The optimized kettle design works in both very hot and very cold climates. Most experienced professionals know that rear wheels can be reactive to variable kettle temperatures: we've used blending metal bushings instead of bearings to make sure this is not an issue for you.

Use with any barbecue-style propane cylinder. We've heat-shielded the propane from the hot kettle for improved safety.
