ASA-3902 is a low tack versatile, elastomeric SEBS thermoplastic resin-based pressure sensitive hot melt. Because of its ultra-removability characteristics, its main application is found in credit cards, direct mailing, and buffer or stabilization for fragile packaging. Virtually possessing no tack, ASA-3902 can be peeled without leaving residue or creating fiber tear.

Ideal for use on coated surfaces like paper, plastic and glossy laminates. ASA-3902 bonds to a wide variety of materials and applications that require a non-permanent bond. Generally, it is applied to marketing applications where one object a sample, coupons, credit cards, etc. Is glued to another surface. Moreover, this product offers excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates, including paper, plastic, cardboard, metal, glass, vinyl, and composites.

Use adequate ventilation to remove any hot melt fumes or vapors that are generated. Keep containers and premelters covered to avoid contamination. Store in dry cool conditions. Packaging: 35 lbs carton with polyethylene lining.
